EZ Fill Pen Cartridges

At Pep Supplies Plus, each pen cartridge undergoes meticulous assembly and sterilization to ensure the highest quality and safety. These cartridges are shipped to me partially assembled to allow them to be fully sterilized on the inside of the cartridge as well as the outside.

I personally assemble and sterilize each and every cartridge sold by Pep Supplies Plus. To guarantee sterility, activated indicators on the packaging confirm that each cartridge meets our strict hygiene standards. The EZ Fill cartridge does not require a needle to vent. These cartridges are dual sterilized. The cartridge is first sterilized open to ensure the entire inside of the cartridge is sterile. A sterile stopper is then placed in the cartridge, air is removed and it is then sterilized a second time. They are available in packs of 5 or 10, individually packed.
