Please verify that your address is correct on the order form prior to checking out.

Once a package is accepted by the carrier and receives an origin scan of the label I created, that is my proof that your order was shipped as intended. At that point, the package is in the possession of the carrier and no longer under my control.

I do not purchase shipping insurance on packages, but it can be added to your price if you wish. Send an email prior to checking out.

If a package is misdelivered, delivered to the wrong address, marked delivered but cannot be located, stolen after delivery, or otherwise mishandled by the carrier, those issues must be addressed directly with your local post office or shipping carrier. They are the only ones with access to delivery records, GPS data, carrier scans, and internal investigations.

 

Shipping issues can be frustrating, but please understand that I cannot control what happens once a carrier takes possession of a package. My responsibility is to package your order and get it into the carrier’s hands. The carrier is responsible for transporting and delivering it.
